The colours that may seem white's or black are not totally white nor black but well blue
Wow! Guess I had a selfish reason for telling you to do blue! One question, though. Why do you choose 167 as the point at which blue starts? I ask this because in the rgb numbers, green is higher than blue until 180. I've included palettes with the greener hues (167-179), but I was wondering if that range is really more green than blue.
P.S. I'm sure I still have more blue palettes, too :)
Existing all blue palettes within range
well I did expect it ;-)
The colour rages are a vague guideline, it's more your eye the best judge. It's the extreme limit to make be sure one won't submit a red for blue
Colour depend on so many things, the light, the monitor...
I won't be able to add all of them in one table here - comment don't support so much text.
So I'll do tables by person and then do a special selection mix...

...an idea I'd like to try out.For the moment there are these sections:
2R1O2G - 1R2O1Y1G - 1Y2B2P - IFPS5B - 1O1R1P1B1G - IFSPY/B
So, need more!! =P
completely, totally, 100% blue palettes! old or new!
The limits of the blue hue in this experiment is:
EDIT: I now have enough blue palette for the experiment - there much more here than the other ones.
You may of course continue to submit but I may not all include them in the table.
