THIS EXPERIMENT WILL SOON CLOSE
A different kind of experiment in the same domain will soon start.
These pages will still be open if you still feel like trying.
Thanks for all the submissions!

IFSP - IFSPY/B

...an idea I'd like to try out.
For the moment there are these sections:
2R1O2G   -   1R2O1Y1G   -   1Y2B2P   -   1O1R1P1B1G   -   IFSPY/B
finished experiment: IFPS5B - but you may still submit if you like

This is a bit different than the other IFSPs
An other small experiment, this time, on transitions, gradients.
...And of course - EVERYBODY is MEGA welcome to join!!

Create a palette transiting from yellow to blue - any direction you like.
Only point is that the yellow and blue must look obvious yellows and blues on the palette (even if it appears blue/yellow by it's self, it's on the palette that counts.)
In between you can do as you like.

According to wikipedia, this is the basic yellow and blue:
FFCD00 - 0000FF
Shines_for_you_again

At wikipedia, the colours shown under "shades of yellow and shades of blue are very wide, too wide for this experiment - please ignore that section.

Of course, there can be similar gradients (I hope there will be!) It would be an amazing coincidence if 2 were exactly the same.. it would be so suspicious that it'll be regarded as a copy.

Just as approximative guidelines
These are - or could appear as depending on the colors beside - yellows:

E7E89A   -   EFDE2C   -   CBAC06   -   CCB939   -   D6D71B

These appear as Blues:

D6FFF7   -   6B8C94   -   1E088A   -   3A4962   -   9AE1E8

These do NOT appear to be yellows nor blues - to me:

AF8E60   -   A09007   -   B2DD19   -   67787D   -   6718D0   -   484564 DEDFC1   -   26063E

IFSPYB
The colours can look more different, less yellow/ less blue, depending what's beside.
Also some are not perfectly aligned, that's because they are rotated
Everything is linked! Click on a row to see the palette outside the table

Question - Do they have to be blue or yellow or just look it?

Thank you for your submissions! They are excellent examples - each going through different colors! Bravo! =)

This time it's the look that counts, the look in the palette - not by themselves
In simple:
Show the palette to someone and ask him what colour is each extremity.

It seems that my limit of yellow is narrower and the orange wider ... but seems I'm wrong.
This is also part of the experiment. we can see what ppl consider yellow.
I think this is a good example for the yellow:
Having_Fun_:)
The yellow above is in fact light green when seen alone (to my opinion).

EDIT: moving this down - need the above comment space foe the additional table!
This is a palette I made for CSL, the color to use was (H175-H58)
i_run_to_you
which can easily appear grey - so I made it soft
