Description

Since this template uses two purchased vectors, (the banner is from GoMedia and the heart outline comes from Shutterstock), my intention is to keep it locked for personal use.

(Sorry for any inconvenience!)

Also; I realized I had a folder of celebration palettes saved for when I completed this, which took a couple weeks longer than I had intended. Sorry for the wait (and the spam as I catch up)!

Hi, Sherry! In the right sidebar on any creation, right below faves and tags, there is a section called 'License'. Click edit, and select the radio button next to All Rights Reserved.

The template will be locked for anyone but you until you change it back. :)

it's good you keep it locked. makes it special! plus, the purpose of keeping it locked is sharing it with other CL'ers for special occasions you want to celebrate, so it's hardly selfish! I always enjoy seeing it come round coloured in the various party palette colours!

You're welcome : ) And it doesn't matter -- before, the banner was just a banner and the heart outline was just a heart outline (both of which are very nice, of course). But it took your vision and skill to transform it into something new, beautiful and thoughtful : )
