my favourite way to make palettes is by keyword — sometimes one keyword for a tight theme, sometimes different keywords that tell a story. i also like combining palettes, blending palettes, and making 1lp palettes or other tributes to other lovers.

i'm a sucker for all kinds of colors, but i especially love combos of purples with orange/yellows, and teals/aquas with basically any color ever!

i get a lot of people asking me where they can get their own fish, so here it is: abowman.com's fish gadget. just click 'edit settings' beneath the fishpond to change the colours of the water and food and the number and colours of the fish, then copy the code from the 'embed' field to put wherever you'd like your fish to be. just don't feed them too much! fat fish swim slowly. c;
