I am overwhelmed with the love my creations have received during the month of February. Although I sent "Thank You"s to most of you, I know I missed some. As I move forward with other time-consuming projects this month, I may be here a little less and I might not write as much. But, you can be sure when I am here, I will be clicking "love" as much as I can on the creations I discover.
February 25, 2013 It happened: My top pattern (made from my top palette) received its 500th love!

WE SURVIVED!
HURRICANE SANDY ONLY HEARS THE VOICE OF HER MYSTERIOUS UNNAMED LOVER: A SNOWY COLD FRONT!

TONIGHT, THEY MEET UNDER A FULL MOON, HE AT THE URGING OF THE JET STREAM; SHE ON THE WAVES OF A STORM SURGE AT HIGH TIDE.

AS IF THEY ARE LONG LOST LOVERS AFTER A DIFFICULT ARGUMENT, SLOWLY, SHE WAS HEADED NORTH AFTER SOME TIME IN THE CARIBBEAN, BUT SHE NOTICED HE WAS STANDING FACING THE SHORE, WATCHING HER GO; SHE TURNED AND RUSHED TOWARD HIM.

SHE IS STILL ANGRY AND HAS MUCH TO SAY, (AND WE, THE INNOCENT BYSTANDERS, ARE THE ONES WHO MUST PAY). STILL, WHEN THEY REUNITE, SHE WILL CHANGE. THE TWO WILL BECOME ONE AND FINALLY PROCEED NORTH AND EAST.

Just before 7:00 p.m. Monday Oct. 29th (my time zone: GMT -4) the winds are strong... it is rainy and cool. Trees have been falling on houses and onto streets, snapping power lines.

Everyone has been urged by local officials, news outlets as well as President Obama to stay inside. All government buildings were ordered closed, including schools. All public transportation has been halted. Those who are able to work from home have been urged to do so.

I am thankful because this could be a CAT3 or 4 (or more) storm. We could have another earthquake in the midst of this. My dad and I are feeling well and we have all we need. Our electricity is still holding strong and nothing has fallen on or blown into us.

So for those who are concerned about me, I'm fine. Thank you!
