Using the RC color is all that is required but you can also:
1) tag it IFRC so it has a chance to show up in the group highlights (how to tag)
2) post the badge to the group page with all the patterns you make using this palette
3) add the badge (the badge code - the link is usually on the day's color page) - I personally find the badge useful because it includes many links.
