I've heard that too, but I had the chance to know some English people lately, and I tell you they are really gorgeous...they have to know you and trust you, and then they are the best of friends...They are very opened and kind...In Italy is easier with our eternal Sun to be open and friendly...they have rain most of the year...
I had a very bad period some weeks ago, and an English friend has been more supportive and kind even beeing so far, than anyone close to me with the body...
I will never forget his sweet words...
