Description
I'd say you'd want it large enough to hold a good amount of liquid but not so much that it becomes too heavy to pour. Of course you want the spout to have some kind of lip so the end of the pour is cleanly finished. The opening should be big enough to stick in a stirring device. Transparency and insulation can be a right or wrong choice depending on what you're serving.
