This is the mental health status of a targeted or listed individual. And is a large part of the reason why they are targeted/listed. They're more accurate and logical grasp of reality stands out from the narcissistic sociopathic norms of our society and acts as a spotlight revealing the delusional mind-set and self perception that is the core nature of indivduals with arrested development (they never emotionally matured into a social human being that appreciates others, respects their rights and does not invalidate another's history, background and personal reality. The lack of these basic social traits is the benchmark for why they are deemed to have an "Anti-social personality disorder".) The pathos crowd knows that targeted/listed folks are more adjusted emotionally and socially so one of the first choice of attacks utilized is starting a slander/whisper campaign about the targeted/listed individual being crazy, unsound, unstable yet never providing any documentation that comes directly from the targeted individual themself such as bizarre, hateful, biggoted, or violent posts or these behaviours witnessed by several people.(with that you have to also be careful to believe because people will mob together and lie.
