So Much Fear

I didn't start making this with an idea, but it came out anyway: fear. Lately I find myself thanking God that I am so well provided for. I have nothing to fear-meanwhile there are so many people that we don't even know about who are dying. There must be something we can do, even if it's small-it will mean the world to someone. If God cares about the poor and defenseless, why aren't we? (This applies to myself as well) I can talk it, but if I can't walk it then it doesn't matter.
I'm hoping God will call me somewhere where someone is in great need. I'm content where I am (for the most part) -and He has certainly placed me here- but...I know I don't want to live in America and make money for the rest of my life. I want to help someone, somewhere. But what does God want from me? I'll have to wait and see. I know that if He leads, there will be no regrets, even if I die for him. Love is like that.
