Anyway. What a day I've had! After church my grandparents took me up to NY so that I could put my permit into use for the first time :) Drove relatively parallel to the Delaware River for a little over an hour! Thankfully the number of mishaps can be counted on one hand. (Though the deer and the squirrel barely escaped with their lives!) Did unfortunately almost drive into a "DO NOT ENTER" lane. Smh. Thank the Lord, he kept us safe, along with everyone else on the road! I don't want to be the crazy driver in the family, not to mention I wanted to be a good driver to begin with! Either I will have nightmares about this later on, or I will learn. I choose to learn.
After that fiasco, went to a little diner in Port Jervis. Had a meany dog. (that's a big fat hot dog with onions, tomatoes, bacon and cheese. Also some "Olde Brooklyn Coney Island Cream Soda". <--That right there is 44g of sugar per bottle. Sweet! In more than one sense. It may be the reason why I am still up writing this. Kept the bottle :) Will possibly post a photo soon. OH. And some bread pudding with hot whiskey sauce!!! MMM. Hahaha! (It was actually my grandpa's order-made my Boston creme pie pale in comparison) Can you say tasty?!? I will go out of my way for some more, some day!
To add to the randomness, my "bloomers" matched my outfit. It was strange and not planned. Tmi, I know... :P
