let's triangulate!

It took days of work just to get the individual shapes to load and then multiple attempts to get it to load as a pattern (plug-in errors, my pattern suddenly disappeared leaving me a white surface, cursor movements became glacially slow, creating one arrow suddenly gave me 1359 in my folder list including one gigantic monster version and so on ...)

So all told I'm glad I got it this far. I wanted to check the colour assignments before publishing but decided not to push my luck the one time it seemed to be behaving. But the few test patterns I've made show me that it would have been a good idea, as the cross sections are not even enough and groups of the same colour selections should be better assigned according to the elements so that they change more predictably. Measured with the pattern of my imagination, it's not at like I intended it to be ....

I've learnt a bit more about pattern creations, but mostly about patience. And if any of you have fun with this, that will be a bonus!
