Thank you, Doodle, for both your compliment and your compassion. My mom lived with me and my husband for more than seven years. I won't lie and say it was always easy. But I will say I was happy to be there for her. I miss her nearly every day. But she occasionally pops into my life and lets me know she sees and loves me. And for that, I'm eternally grateful.
