Sadly I renamed the wrong pattern in honour of your comment, but, as it has, in the meantime, had the unexpected fortune to receive a love from a kind and gentle sister of your Queendom, I hope your Majesty will, despite my previous declaration of banishment, forebear "fading light garden"'s continued presence here.

So, to compound my indecisiveness by my obtuseness, by "original" would you be meaning "reed button beauty1" (my first version), "fading light garden" (I think you mean this one? or not?), or "reed button beauties" (my third version)??

Thanks so very much, o2b! Oh, "reed buttons"! I think the only place google search will lead you to for "reed buttons" is this page :) (but who knows? the google universe is big)

As nobody had yet loved my pattern, I was still tinkering around with it when you popped in and gave it some! Because the system doesn't update the preview as fast as the pattern, I'm now not sure which version your flattering description referred to, so I've taken the liberty to re-create the other two previous versions, and apologise for cluttering your page with multiple minor variations. Let me know which one you meant, and then I can delete the others. And it is very hard to stop colouring such a lovely template (in the meantime I've found yet two more variations ....) !!! Ah, for the gift of decisiveness.

Simply gorgeous, Daisy! It reminds me of the way colors fade in the garden as the day wanes. Love it!! (I know a lot of flowers, but I'm not familiar with reed buttons. I'll have to google them.)
