I heard the singing clearly,
Even though there was no sound.
I felt the willows whisper,
The birches sway along.

I listened to the humming
Of the ever working bees,
And to the birds above my head,
Echoing back their melodies.

The riverside symphony,
Filled with frogs and all things finned,
Sang a duet, ever softly,
With the gentle humming wind.

If you listen, you can hear,
the song that once I heard.
And you too can learn the lyrics
To the song sung without a word.
