Essential Wellness AZ is a personal wellness publication built on one idea from traditional medicine: lasting health grows from the balance of three roots — the Three Treasures.
• Essence (Jing / Tinh) — Nutrition: food-first eating, nutrient basics, and what truly supports the body.
• Energy (Qi / Khí) — Movement: gentle, sustainable activity that fits real life.
• Spirit (Shen / Thần) — A calm mind: sleep, stress, and the daily rhythm that keeps you steady.
Written and edited by Mr. Anh — trained in traditional medicine in Vietnam but not currently practicing medicine through this website. The perspective comes from ongoing personal research, self-experimentation, and patterns observed in family and community.
What we cover:
• Nutrition (Essence): food-first guidance on common nutrient gaps (folate, iron, B12, choline, vitamin D), pregnancy and women's health nutrition, gut health and food journaling

What we are not:
• A medical clinic or diagnostic service
• A site that pushes supplements as the default answer
• A "best supplement brand" listicle factory
• A substitute for your doctor, OB-GYN, midwife, or registered dietitian
We cite NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, NCCIH, FDA, CDC, PubMed, ACOG, and AAP for health claims. We use language that respects uncertainty ("may support", "traditionally used for", "what I noticed") and avoid treatment-claim language ("cure", "heal", "treat", "detox").
