there are 3 ways to make a palette ... at least ...
Basic Palette under "Create" .. "Palette"

then under TOOLS there is
Photocopa & Copaso ♥
both of these can use images
to grab colors from is you wish.

You can color patterns by clicking on
CREATE patterns
