Sounds like you can build yourself a good career with those qualifications. :) I play with ArcGIS for mapping remote off road areas from within a Canadian government app. We explore remote off-road areas with friends. Your use of it would be far more advanced than mine.
Only about seven months till graduation and internship. Quite exciting!
That sounds similar to geo-caching. Very cool. I'd like to visit Calgary and Banff over the next few years. The mountains up that way look splendid. I want to get arc-GIS certified, but that will probably happen after college, the program is just massive so it takes years to learn just the basics. I should be able to get a decent job assuming the economy doesn't go to shit. I had the luck of graduating with an art degree in the recession back in 08, and my degree field isn't recession proof. Very excited to graduate though! Finished my internship up this past summer.
How's things been with you?

I'm good. A little too busy. You know the drill. Heh heh.I'm doing my degree in Landscape Architecture, so lots of projects, lots of designing, lots of AutoCAD and ArcGIS! I'll be excited to graduate too, I have a fiance half way across the country that I left behind to get my degree! Plus I yearn to have a real job and weekends and stuff.
What are you doing your bachelor's degree in? Be very nice this June when you graduate!

Hi there! Long time no see. Were you travelling in an alternate dimension for awhile? Battling slime guafenesins on Santraginus IV?Hey, you could say I slipped into an alternate dimension, I moved across country and went back to school to get a bachelors degree and basically haven't existed as a person the last 3 years. I'm in my final year and excited to finish up. How've you been?
Meowful thanks for the love. Purring for you now...
Thank you!
