Hi everybody! I'm Jelyse
(pronounced J-Lease)

Design and color schemes have always interested me. I do not professionally interior decorate but in my spare time I'm constantly helping friends redecorate or rearranging the furniture in my apartment for better feng shui. I love HGTV- especially browsing the designer portfolios. That would be such a fun job... Speaking of jobs. I work as a receptionist and a cashier, and I am majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communications.

Ironically, even though I immerse myself with as much color possible, my favorite color is grey and often I wear simple clothes in solid neutrals like whites, khakis, blacks and greys.

I play the Sims - building houses mainly and designing the interior. I've collected the Sims since it came out- I have every single Sim Game ever made. It's only a slight obsession ;p
It satisfies my urge to make nice spaces that send good energies. I can't work as an interior designer now (someday though I will) so in the meantime it's super fun and relaxing, too.
