Hi dss! Once you purchase the renewal you then have to go and activate the subscription in CL. Go to your "ACCOUNT" and then click on the "SPONSOR" tab. Below you will see two options. One says "gift to a friend" - the other says "EXTEND SPONSORSHIP".
CHOOSE "EXTEND SPONSORSHIP" and everything will be back!
