i understand, have done those sort of things on photoshop..i can see now how u done it.
Does one have to have all those layers trailing about ...confuses me no end. would like to get rid of them, but i suppose not.
Do you have to be a sponsor to get all five hues in pattern or is it me?

Thank you for the love. Keep going with the shapes, this one is 2 straight lines, the main one pulled out from the centre and then copy, move a little bit to the left/right, copy etc.... see how you go.
like your shape, i cannot get the hang of shapes and patterns..which is sooooooo frustrating

The 'hues' are available when you start to build your pattern using 'create a pattern template'.
Once you're on this page, scroll down and on the left hand side underneath 'Layers' look for the word 'background' on the left is a white box on the right is a grey box.
The grey box contains the hues. Click this box and the hues appear, select the one you want to use and whichever 'tool' you are using will be in that hue.
