It takes HOURS to draw a character from scratch and using only the shapes provided in Seamless Lite! Mostly I search for a picture of whom I want to draw and then I try to rebuild him/her/it from the basic shapes. There's no magic in here, just lots and LOTS of wasted time :D
Also these shapes are so complicated, that I can't use most of them in the pattern creator :( 'cause either they won't save or they crash the editor. That's why I have stopped with Doctor Who characters. The Dalek pattern was the most I could get with the basic tools of the site.
