I'm sorry Christie, I must've written everything the wrong way. lol.... I meant that I became a donor, recently. Nothing has been taken out of me, though. However, I did almost donate one of my kidneys to an old friend from school, because she was on a waiting list, and very sick. I chickened out, though. So you're not the only fraidy cat. lol... As far as needles go, I hate having them jabbed into my arm, but I'm fine with giving blood. I was pregnant twice, and lost all 3 children, so giving blood is nothing to me. I'm so used to it. Anyway, having a fear of needles isn't abnormal. I used to, but now I'm just afraid of everything else. LOL
Wow! You're a truly brave and kind-hearted person, Jesse! I've got "Organ Donor" on my DL, but I've never actually done it. And I kinda would like to donate blood, but I would have to overcome my fear of needles. Especially the kind they just leave in for a while. ... Have I mentioned I'm a 'fraidy cat?

Thank you, Christie. I appreciate that. It was a while ago, but it still stings. Since I don't have any children, it makes it even more difficult, but I'm strong. I have my beautiful niece and nephew now, to look after, on Thursdays. :)
