A couple of times that happened to me as well. The pattern, when uploaded, somehow is not quite right so i go back to seamless and just move things around, resize certain shapes and upload again. Also, I don't actually draw shapes in Seamless but I draw the shapes in inkscape and then transfer them to Seamless "My Shapes" folder. The more detailed patterns sometimes won't work in Seamless though so i usually go back to inkscape and redraw and simplify the shape.
