Description
These happy-go-lucky octopuses always have a smile on their face. However, these are not any ordinary octopuses because they have top hats.
These octopuses are very friendly and show their friendship with other octopuses by holding tentacles and exchanging top hats.
When these octopuses die, they leave their top hat in a hat shop for a human to pick up.
If a human put on the top hat of the octopuses they too become an octopus with a top hat, and the cycle continues.
