This one was made in Lite, and I just spent a while filling it in with lots of circles because Lite is very very basic.
With studio for my other patterns (as I notice you have made some patterns in studio) I used Inkscape to make and import the shapes to studio, so I could get a shape that perfectly fit inside the lineart. Inkscape is 100% free so a great tool to use. :D
