Description

One of my all-time favorite Batman villains is the Penguin. I hope he came out the way I wanted him to! I wanted it to look like the Animated Series version of him (not the new one), where he looks very debonair. I tried to add as much detail as I could (although I realize I forgot the tails on the coat), and I even tried to add the chain from the monocle on the opposite side of his face! This may become a series of Batman patterns (or I may just start making more characters in general). Let me know what you think!

Pretend he's Mr. Monopoly if you want to!
