I don't usually care for vampires, but when the book was new, a co-worker asked me if I wanted the book - she had started reading it, but didn't like it. I read it and it's my favorite vampire story ever. I love his character - the rock star of vampires. I have read a lot of other Anne Rice books, but this was my first, and I will always love it.
And of course, nice palette!
