i don't understand your preposition about Retro Fit pattern...
i think it's up to you what to be aware of, i just look in the avilluk group, read avilluk prepositions and do what i like and feel comfortable with and ask avilluk.
i personally loved the idea of dealing with interior and exterior ideas .
i love shaping spaces and colors in my mind and create a scenary for a story , for people who will live in those spaces. it's up to us how ideas get into reality.
to me, our palettes and patterns are really for interior design ideas .
