No matter how beautiful a palette is, I'm terrible at matching pre-made palettes with templates - even my own palettes. It's extremely rare for me to be happy with the results of such a match. Each template has its own... attitude, you know? And I like to give each template its own colors! Thus, I am very impressed with people who can take a pre-made palette and pick another template and turn it into a masterpiece.
You're absolutely right on all counts, but... it's not raining in Seattle! Not today. we actually have a bit of sunshine, at least for the moment! :)

BTW I have noticed your obsession with finding the "perfect" blue, only because I share it. That's why I admire your work so much... I think we both like to make the blue POP too, when possible, in a beautiful colour combination, in just the right pattern.
