i always feel i need to go back and "pickup" palettes i made in coloring, but then i'll get caught up in something else and forget; so when i'm drawn to someone else's work i'll just go ahead and palette that; thus mitagating some of the personal guilt feelings;)
but it's nice to be able to refer to past solutions when you're caught in the momentum of a new direction, no? in art as in life. . .

Once in a while, a pattern-coloring draws me in so much, that I don't consider a corresponding palette. This pattern was one of those. HopeFull's template is so luscious and complex - I had such fun playing with it! I really liked how this turned out, it's one of my favorites of what I've done recently. I'm happy it's getting some love! Thank you so much for your kind words and attention :-)
