Oh what a lovely memory and tribute to her. I had a grandmother named Lillian, a beloved dog who just went to heaven named Lily (also Lillian after the grandmother!) and a newborn niece named Lily so the flowers mean a lot to me as well, and indeed they smell great. They also remind me of France as there is a tradition of giving a sprig of these flowers to loved ones on May 1, their Labor Day. I did a Lilies of the Valley pattern too but I love yours more!!

Thank you, so much! Lily of the Valley was my grandmother's favorite flower, so whenever I see and/or smell them, they remind me of her.
