I really like this. It reminds me of a city I live close to, that still has one of it's original street and stores from when it was in it's early days. I really love that place, so this makes me happy. Good job. :D

Thank you very much. Sometimes I'm surprised by how much attention this little pattern has gotten. I think it's probably that it's such a good template I wanted to try out with the first likely palette I saw... good job alfaroba and pennington.
