Description

I called this palette "Spring Cleaning" because it was inspired by the blooming shrub Scotch Broom. (I always wondered if this plant got its name because it was once used to make brooms...) It grows and blooms prolifically in early spring in the Pacific Northwest, hence the additional shades of evergreen and ocean.
