That's a good question, I was wondering the same, after checking, my conclusion is that people is loving the leggings directly on its own page, here:

http://www.colourlovers.com/contests/betabrand/leggings/3258817

So when people go directly there and vote on that link, it does not count the views I think; but if they watch it in the site of the palette it does count views. In this case, what I suppose, is that more people is voting on the website of the link I told you than on the palette link intself.
