Comforting myself

I really love my little music box, just bought it to myself and it is the best thing I have bought to myself in years. It is like going back to the childhood finding old ways of finding comfort.

I love to read or listen to audio books. To crawl in to the unverse of a book and totally forgetting the rest of the world is a great cure.

3.
Like many of you I create, painitngs, drawing or writing. A bit like the books to be absorbed of something else.

And like the rest of the world I listen to soothing music in order to reach better feelings inside

Yoga is helping me so often. Whether I am doing a yoga set or simply just uses breathing techniques to calm down or get more energy or what is needed at the moment.
