Naturally Born—ME

Deep-rooted — This applies in a variety of ways. I have, for example, a stable personality (though I must admit meds help). I’m strong to the core and steadfast in both my faith and my relationships. In almost every situation, I seek deep for the meaning and lessons to be learned.

Sunny Side Up — I’m an optimist and almost always cheerful. I have a sunny disposition that seems to put people at ease and cause them to find me kind, charming, and compassionate. I seek to be surrounded by beauty, peace, and harmony. That shows in my garden design as well as my home decor.

Branch out — I once had a therapist describe me as a “professional dabbler.” I’m always on a quest for knowledge and open to the new experiences that intrigue me. I tend not, however, to stick with any one endeavor for long, because I can easily lose interest. Then, I’m off to the next life adventure.

Free as a bird — I’m retired. Need I say more?

Against the tide — I tend to challenge authority and rules. That’s gotten me into lots of trouble over the years, but it’s also made me—well, “free as a bird.” I am not a joiner and, instead, march to my own drummer.
