No deep meaning, I'm afraid. :) This palette felt very tense to me, sort of nervy and frustrated.

..."Bully for you" is a way of saying "Well, good for you", but often a little sarcastically, like when someone won't stop talking themselves up, and it's starting to get on your nerves.

:)

I was hoping that's what you meant by using the word bully. It's such a funny term... very old-timey. Resurrect it I say! :]
