What's your favourite sushi to eat? To look at?

I like salmon and mackerel both to eat and look at. Butterfish to eat, dark red tuna to look at.

Being the vegetarian, my favourite is avocado, deep fried seaweed and spicy sauce. They call it 'Spicy Crispy Roll' and it rocks my world :)
