Sorry about the late challenge and last week. Things were busy last week but I hope on making them up to you this week with the "Love Story" challenge. It can either be your story of love, your favorite movie love story or an actual love story from a book. What ever screams love story. We'll be accepting palettes and patterns for this challenge =)

This is dedicated to the two men in my life -- Ben & Jerry. Love you, guys!

I met my husband on June 17, 1997. I wasn't in the habit of going places by myself at the time, so when my mom declined to go with me to our city's marina to walk & watch the sunset, I surprised myself by deciding to go alone. I just had a feeling that I needed to get out of the house.
Dan lived near the marina and had been there earlier in the day, so it was uncharacteristic of him to go back again in the evening. I like to think we were fated to meet that day; that God gave each of us a little nudge so we'd be in the right place at the right time.
