We’d like to inform you that we have updated our Terms of Use. The most substantive changes are:
This platform was acquired by a joint venture in Israel.
changes have been made to the relevant jurisdiction for disputes which may arise out of your use of the platform.
Changes made to the monetization of users’ creations and the ability to opt out from your account settings.
Please view the revised Terms here. If you don’t mind anything there, then you don’t need to do anything. Your continued use of the platform will constitute your acceptance of the latest version of the Terms. If you disagree with anything there, you can terminate your account within seven days from today.
If have a technical problem or spot a bug, where should I go to report it/ask for help?
Go to Forums → Site Info → Bugs. Make sure the bug hasn't been reported yet. Always try to provide as much as information as possible, such as the name of your operating system and the name and version of your web browser.
Are there any known issues?
Yes. Some palettes occasionally turn up blank meaning that they haven't got any colors. An image saying the Palette Monster ate it will then be displayed instead. This is a known bug. Palettes should appear normal a short while later.
If I want to suggest improvements or new features, where should I go?
Go to Forums → Site Info → New Feature Requests. Make sure the feature you want to suggest hasn't already been requested.
How do I contact the webmaster/the owner?

Can I help translate the site into another language?
