I remember some parts of the book which may be more intricate to read, but the whole book is really worth it! I'll be intrigued to know your opinion =)

Oh my gosh, One Hundred Years of Solitude is still on my shelf. I keep reading the first few chapters and then decide to read another book first. Sometimes I need to let a book rest until one day I read it again and can't put it down. When I do...I'll let you know what I thought of it. =]

Knowledge и Making choices. меня вообще угнетает факт, что нельзя знать все >< и чем больше знаешь, тем одновременно больше и не знаешь.
True! I've just reread the end and it made me sad again too. But how beautifully written!

How can I know that darling. It was created back in May last year but as far as I can remeber there is that thing in the end of the book ,the discovering of the old prophecies, the thing that it's all been written and no second chance of different future and no even socond thought of doing that.It was as it was meant to be.I found that devistating and sad.AFTER ALL BUENDIAS TRIED TO MAKE IT WORK IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.I am still sad for them and their towm covered by the sand of time and oblivion.Do you feel the same way:))

Yeah, I know, magical realism makes the book so "tasty", this mix of fantastic (but not fantasy) and reality, I'm always fascinated by!

Dear how I love that book and Gabriel Garcia Marquez.Magical realism is the style I wish to write in if I write someday.I have created a pattern about Macondo but have difficulty to find and show you.I too love to open pages and read for getting more information.Great palette:))
