Hmm. Yeah, I'd like to point out that every single colour in this palette is exactly the same as in Faeleia's *Fae + Followers= ♥! palette, except that the very last digits have been tweaked (038675 changed to 03867A, and F9A704 changed to F9A70B, etc).
Given that these palettes were made on exactly the same day (and Fae's first), I would assume that this palette not just a coincidence or "a little" inspired by Fae's palette. :/

Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with being inspired by other people's palettes. Colourlovers was actually created so that people could preserve and share their colour palettes, combinations and ideas with everybody else. BUT, I believe that there is a firm line (or a point) at which someone can go a bit too far on the inspiration scale (like in this instance).

I'm not trying to tell you that you can't get inspired or intrigued by palettes and maybe have a go at creating an inspired outcome to your own perfection (and for your own personal use, not "cheat-popularity"). I'm just trying to say that there is actually no point in copying other people's palettes; if you find a colour combination that you particularly like, which was thought of by someone else and now exists on the internet for you to use whenever you wish to, then why not just use it whenever you wish to (with credit), rather than essentially stealing it and breaching copyright laws?

Doesn't it make much more sense to just "love" the palette, perhaps jot down the colours for personal use, and have a go at creating something original?

Also, if you do end up making a somewhat inspired palette, the most considerate and honourable thing to do is acknowledge the original creator in your description box and properly confess to your inspiration.

Sorry to rant on like this. I just couldn't help but noticing. (:
