When you figure out who Michael Jackson wants to be, please let me know. ;-D
Great last comment! I don't know if we can deconstruct the world and think for ourselves. But, you know what...? I would try it if I could. I mean... none's gonna die because she or he was dressed with the wrong colour. But what about beauty? Do you really think that you like someone because he or she is beautiful (in an artistic way)? Do you really think that attraction has something to do with that? I don't think so. I think all that is constructed socially. And the society responsible for that has taken some conceptual pillars to deal with beauty. And I think it gets worse... beauty is defined inside a society, and then it goes all over the world thanks to the mass medias (the cinema industry on the head). So, maybe, if you're not american, or european, or, now, one of those accepted black muscled guys, there's something that makes you deprecate your own ethnic. Haven't you seen those chinesse actors that look like western ones? Don't you see something facist in all that? I accept objections, so please...
humm... sterotypes are just a social norm, anything else is considered weird until it is found by a trend setter and then adopted by the masses as acceptable. but if everyone was a trend setter then everything would be weird, which would actually then be the normal...

can we really even think for ourselves?
since everything we could ever think of is based on what we know, this physical and mental world we live in, then are our thoughts really even ours?
Speaking of stereotypes, a few explain YELLOW and GREEN baby blankets with a straight face like it had been that way for 200 years, but I haven't figured those out either.
The title was based on what would happen if the baby in the manger was a girl...I have to explain everything.
