The kicker: I have this lovely, bright red futon that likes to be the centerpiece of my room. I'm trying to build my colourscheme around that. Here's what I have:
The off-white is the trim and the ceiling, the beige is the current colour of the walls, the red is obviously my futon, the dark brown is the colour of my blinds, and the slate grey is the colour I think I'd like for my carpet.
I also have a brown futon cover that I use sometimes, which would look like so:
What do you guys think? Yes, no, recommendations? I'd love to hear any other ideas you guys have - painting the walls, ceiling and/or trim is also an option!
