Some Questions About Shapes

Showing 1 - 3 of 3 Comments
I couldn't find the answers to these in any of the FAQ sections when I looked.

Firstly, is there any way I can delete a shape I've made? After Seamless Lite crashed on me, I started saving as I went along, thinking I'd be able to go back and clean up my shapes collection later. Now I've got a half dozen robots in various stages of completion that I really don't need.

[edit]: Never mind! The delete option was in the same spot as for patterns and templates. Clearly, I am no Sherlock Holmes.

Secondly, is there any way to share shapes so other people can use them/use shapes other people have shared? I'd love to release my robots (the completed ones) into the wild, and I wouldn't mind picking up a few useful parts to use in my own work.

Thank you for any light you can shed on this!

Also, this is my first post to this group, and I've got a pretty steep learning curve when it comes to navigating forums and such. So if this is in the wrong place, or if it would be better elsewhere, please let me know. I'm unlikely to figure it out on my own.
I do not think shapes can be shared. That is from my brief 4 months on this site. I am still working on creating something in Corel Draw and exporting it to Seamless Pro which I purchased. I save all my designs in several formats so I can share them on Facebook and send them to my friends.
It took me a while just to figure out how to work with different aspects of the program so give yourself time to learn. It will be more fun that way,.
Hi! Thanks for the reply.

And, yeah. That's what it's looking like. It's a pity, because I really like making props and things and I'd love to share them. Also, I really don't have all that much need for a traffic cone shape, but I'm sure somebody could use it.

Seamless Pro looks pretty sweet from what I've seen. Though for now I'm enjoying Lite. It's got some fun new challenges for me, like figuring out how to make complex shapes without Illustrator's pathfinder options and making things work with just 5 colors.
