Saving "loved" palettes

I have identified several palettes that I love and would like to be able to keep them on file for inspiration down the road. I notice that 5 or 6 of the last palettes I love show up in my file, but the ones I identified previously do not. With so many palettes to look at is there a way to save for viewing later those that I love?
