I think they're as colourful cats... expect the eyes. Cats eyes are amazing. and searching, it's true that it gets into experiments...
Let's see:
Rodent Google - Palettes: Rodent, mouse, rat,

Bears: Google - palettes

Octupus
Google: Octupus Cephalopod - palettes

... Cephalopod looks good to me.

Deviant? Like crazy people?

Publicity could be fun.

As much as I like the idea of making a slew of 'mouse' palettes (not that I really need an excuse!) , mice are not inheritently colourful in the same way beetles, birds and butterflies are? - Unless the scientists have been at them and turned them blue or grown ears on their backs etc.

... but if you were heading in that direction I'd pick 'Rodent' as that covers mice, rats, voles, capybara, jerboas, ah well you get the idea.....

On the other hand, how about the word 'Deviant' ??
Octopus is probably the most colourful out of them??
(and would make great patterns)

What is it with you and crazy people, jeesh! you're like, a , a , 'crazy person' or something!!

Weellllll.... you could probably argue that all 'crazy people' are outside the norm but you don't have to be crazy to be a deviant?

de·vi·ant   / [dee-vee-uhnt]

–adjective
1. deviating or departing from the norm; characterized by deviation: deviant social behavior.

–noun
2. a person or thing that deviates or departs markedly from the accepted norm.

The differnce is:

1) Deviant! - or - 2) Crazy Person?

What would you do for publicity?, okay, let me rephrase that!!

Not sure what would constitute publicity and hate the idea of giving oxygen to 'craven attention whores'

How about 'Landscape'

or (not a word but...)

'The view from my window'
Yeah - I think octopus/Cephalopod could be fun! =)

Sorry: advertisements - like:

Eccentric?
Think I'd need some more image examples...

How about 'Landscape'

Sure - but I think it's better to leave a gap as we just did travel.
Newsprint, black and white, sepia, old fashioned, wild wild west, steam punk
Oh, WWF wouldn't be allowed? :o I wasn't sure, but 'endangered species' would do. =D
Sorry, excuse me but didn't we just have 'Disney,' another private organization and I'm pretty sure the 'bad rumours' about Disney (and there are many) aren't all just rumours?*

Though not WWF, that's a private organization. bad rumors...

Bullyboy corporate practices anyone?????

That's true, thought I don't think Disney is an 'organization'.

I'm mixing my personal feelings - heard so many bad things about it. (WWF: Criticism ) But of course, there could be many reasons/excuses.
Maybe it's because I don't feel it has a 'historical glow' like Disney does ??

WWF is an abbreviation for many things

Wikipedia has a Portal:Extinction

It's a very tempting subject for sarcasm, even if I'm totally for protecting ... I know some cultures don't like/understand black humor.

Whatever the name, as I said I'm open. If a word has been requested several times we generally do it.

We had several steam punk creation in IF-machines

Newsprint can go with advertisement ?? But as we already had movie and music which is also print I think next word should be something totally different.
I'll note it as a +1 for ads. =)

B&W! Sepia .. why not? It's interesting from a long term point of view... though colorfulness is an argument used many times here.

I think 'old fashioned'/ retro? maybe a bit too vague no? We could have 1900, 1800, 1700s...
What does everybody think?
Pshychedelic =)
or eye aching stuff:
STARE....
Rooms, interior design
Retro_kitchen
More masculine words!
cars, sports...
hum ... politics and sexy babes? /joking

board games.
art brute
pop art

But as we just had 2 words related to print I'm thinking we could do an animal or the endangered species for tomorrow.
??
I'm supportive of endangered species. Header could be a tiger pattern but coloured as a white tiger haha :D

That's a great idea! =)
I think we'll do this!
Thanks a lot!
I love the endangered species theme! Maybe "Pets" could be another one?=P
These endangered animals screenprints by Andy Warhol are perfect to use on RC badges:

There's a lot more and many different colour versions. >> Google image search

=)
Tails from around the world? How can you say that?
