You know, I totally get a site redesign, and I'm glad that basic site functions are slowly being updated. I'm just hoping you change the code so that post length is long enough. The retrofit is really hideous and non functional. Case in point, any of my palette or template pages where I have collected patterns or palette previews or the like. Have a looK, scroll down:

Also, why is the first badge (in a series of same) offset slightly? Just wondering.

Just a point the new design doesn’t fit my iPad.
It’s too wide in landscape, it makes it a pain to use.
I will make another comment when I find something positive to say

This is absurd! I wanted to use the "Contact Us" email area but...AN AD WAS EVEN BLOCKING THAT! I would rather pay $5 or $10 a year for membership rather than to have every page filled with ads.
There are too many other sites now to make palettes, etc. I actually feel insulted as a long-time, loyal user. I'm going to download my stuff and be gone for good.
