Help With Pattern Creator

I have some questions and requests for hints (: Any other friendly suggestions off topic from my specific questions are welcome. I will return to edit this 'Pattern Creator Help' post as I encounter new confusions (: I already found one question answered: -How do I make my pattern (I create) have more than two colours (optioned)? A: There are little circles next to each shape which you can click to make as a seperate colour. Unanswered: - How do I make a shape with something other than the 10 or so simple shapes offered? -How do I make the shapes have different proportions in relation to each other within the same pattern? -How do I make my shapes smaller in their overall pattern proprtion? -How do I align my shapes so I don't have so much 'trial and error' when combining them? -Can I preview my pattern full-screen before having to 'save' it? -Is there a way to retrieve a pattern if I've taken too long and ColourLover has 'timed-out' on my pattern, refusing to 'save' it? - Sometimes when I go to create a pattern, not all of the necesary buttons are on screen. Is there a preferable browser to use when accessing Colour Lover that works best when using the Pattern Creator?
